Dr. Faten Tamim is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, maternal and child health specialist, educator, and professional mentor with extensive experience in clinical lactation, healthcare education, BFHI implementation, and professional development.
Her experience includes leading multidisciplinary breastfeeding improvement within a large tertiary maternity setting, translating global BFHI standards into practical clinical workflows, strengthening staff competency, and supporting evidence-informed change across antenatal, inpatient, neonatal, and post-discharge services.
As the founder of LactaScope and creator of the Lactation Mastery Blueprint, Dr. Faten has supported hundreds of healthcare professionals in strengthening their lactation knowledge, clinical reasoning, and preparation for IBCLC certification. Her work combines scientific evidence, practical clinical insight, structured education, and strategic professional guidance.
